I could eat wings every day of the week: sauced, dry rub, smoked, fried, air fried, and almost any flavor. When I first heard that there was a truffle-based hot sauce, I knew I had to try it on some wings.

Ingredients

  • Wings (this recipe is for 24-30)

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • SuckleBusters Competition BBQ Rub

  • 1/2 cup of Franks Red Hot Original Sauce

  • 1/4 of Truff White Truffle Infused Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange wings on a flat surface or aluminum baking tray

  2. Drizzle the wings with olive oil, just enough to hit each wing (if unsure use a little more; excess oil is okay)

  3. Hit each wing with a light layer of garlic powder

  4. Apply a good amount of the SuckleBusters rub to each wing, enough to cover the entire surface area

  5. Flip the wings over and repeat steps 2-4 on the other side

  6. Set grill for indirect grilling at 350° to 400° (both pellet and charcoal grills work great, just make sure wings are not directly over a flame)

  7. Place wings directly on the grill grate

  8. Allow wings to grill for 40 minutes

  9. At 20 minutes flip the wings over

  10. Grill for roughly another 20 minutes until internal temp reached 165° (keep a close eye on the wings; you want to watch the skin and make sure you get a good crust without over cooking, as they can overcook fast. If you see the skin start to get to black remove)

  11. Remove wings and place in large bowl

  12. Mix 1/2 cup of Franks Hot Sauce with the 1/4 cup of Truff Hot Sauce

  13. Apply over the cooked wings

  14. Toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture to ensure even distribution

  15. Place back on the grill for about 2 minutes

  16. After 2 minutes they are good to go
